After a week of humid and way to warm days, fall has finally found its way to the northeast. The flurry of the whole run up and return from Maker Faire has subsided. Things are back to more or less. After cleaning up the mess in the basement and seeing the pile of unfinished projects that I neglected around the house for the past 3 months I am wondering what to do next. Maybe finish the bathroom, eh, we will see.
The whole goal of this blog originally was to show case some model making tips and tricks that I have learned over the years. At some point I was going to make some videos about them. Included some new techniques or a new project that would be wrapped up in a couple of weekends. I do hope to get back to some of this, it just might be a more focused path now. Which should be better….I think.
I really did enjoy making the little subway cars, I had forgotten how much fun model making can be. As I did research for it I did find somethings missing from the hobby that will soon surface here as a future project.

I am looking at adding another printer to the collection here, so I can get back to tweaking the N-Scale trains some more. At some point adding this,

will mean I can make a lot more O-Gauge stuff as well.
In the mean time, I am setting up an Etsy shop to sell some of the things I had at Maker Faire. Right now I have only the one item as it still is a challenge to get back into the swing of things. Check it out, JKelly Craft and Trade Shop
There will be more things added, just after I get some more photos, write copy, make more of them and maybe finish the bathroom too. I guess one thing at a time would be best.
